Hello there! What is it about Star Wars that makes people keep coming back to it decades later?
For some people, it’s as simple as Luke Skywalker being a childhood hero. For others, it’s the music, the spaceships, the worlds, the battles or simply the memories of discovering those films as a kid. And then there are the things that are much harder to explain.
In this special episode of Rewind Classic Movies, GB is joined by Jody Martin and Rick Martin from the Now That’s What I Call DAMN Good Music podcast to talk about one of the biggest questions we could possibly ask: why do we love Star Wars?
This isn’t a breakdown of one particular film. Instead, we’re looking at the things that made Star Wars such an enduring part of our lives and why its appeal can be so difficult to explain to someone who didn’t grow up with it.
